The Opportunity

In this role, your main focus will be to use our strategic objectives to grow and develop the business. You will travel within the defined region, meeting with current and prospective customers to gain new business for the company. 

You will establish pricing models for direct customers that maximize revenues while developing distribution and alternate sales channels as appropriate. You will also be responsible for preparing forecasts and estimates for account revenues. 

The role requires critical analysis of the market and specific sales territory for opportunities, development of new business, and expansion of existing accounts in line with goals.

You will work from a home office and report into the Beijer Americas Headquarters, Salt Lake City. Your manager will be the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The Successful Candidate

Our ideal candidate has experience meeting and exceeding territory sales quotas and a demonstrable history of success in complex sales environments with potential long sales cycles. He or she will have experience selling to all levels within an organization, including the C-suite and engineers. The candidate will have the proven ability to educate, influence and motivate others. He or she will prospect, generate and develop new business which requires the willingness to travel 50%+. Our newest team member must be success-oriented, persistent, resilient, reliable and a person of high integrity and honesty.

To be successful in this role, the employee must be competitive and possess a desire to develop his or herself, both personally and professionally.
