Ryan Woolf has more than 25 years of experience providing leadership, building and advising corporations through a myriad of challenges and development stages. Ryan began his career in Public Accounting with Ernst & Young and then moved into private industry in various leadership roles from medium sized to Fortune 500 sized companies within a variety of industries, including; service, transportation, government contract manufacturing, automotive manufacturing and electronics manufacturing. His experience with both domestic and multinational companies has provided a strong background in Accounting Processes, SEC Reporting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance & Treasury and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance. Among his significant previous positions, Ryan served as the Director of Finance and Treasurer of Autoliv; a Swedish based Fortune 500 Company who is a world leader in the manufacture of automotive air bags and safety restraint systems. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University; additionally he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
